Can I Change My Order? 

While we can't make changes to orders that have already been placed we can cancel an order as long as it hasn't shipped. A new order can then be placed with any necessary changes.

Can I Track My Order?

Yes, once your order ships you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a link to track your package. Please allow 24 hours for your tracking number to be properly updated.

Incorrect Items/ Defective Items:

Defective items must be reported to customer service (theresheglowsswim@gmail.com) within 24 hours of delivery to ensure your exchange is properly processed. The pieces must be sent back to us within 7 days of receiving a return shipping label.
